Some have worked all their lives in the service of nature, others are just taking their first steps toward green horizons. Each one is fighting the good fight, against all odds. Just as healthy forests need diversity, we know it takes diverse strategies, talent and people to defend wild nature. We look for true heroes whose life purpose could serve as an inspiration to the youth of India. From wildlifers to forest employees, researchers and villagers, we cast our net wide to include almost anyone currently involved with nature conservation who has set a high personal standard for others to follow.
